NONSTOP (M&M) PEANUTBUTTER PRETZEL COOKIES!

Today I wanted to bake a recipe I have been craving to try for weeks. M&M-Peanutbutter-Pretzel cookies! Unfortnunatly for me they didn't have M&Ms today at the store so I opted for a norwegian "dupe" called Nonstop which are like normal colored chocolate chips. If you get a hold of M&M's though please use those instead!

200g M&Ms ( Or in my case Nonstop lol) 200g salted pretzels, broken in to pieces 200g unsalted butter, softened 200g smooth peanut butter 300g caster sugar 1 large egg 325g self-raising flour ( or normal flour and a ts of baking powder)

Optional:

1 dash of milk

1. First you want to cream your butter and sugar with a kitchenaid or a electric mixer. Mix until smooth and look for a creamy and light yellow mixture.

2. Mix in the egg and gently add in the self-raising flour little by litte. Or you can also use normal flour and use a ts of baking powder.

3. If the dough is looking a little stiff use a dash of milk just to make it more consistent. If your dought looks fine skip this. :)

4. Put in the M&M's and crushed pretzels.

5. Put some clim film around your bowl and put in the fridge to chill for about 20-30 min.

6. Once the dough is chilled go ahead and make roll the dough into little balls (golfballsize).

7. Depending on your oven place in oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool for 30 min.

The Finished cookies These were SO good!

I really hope you guys try this recipe out, I have tried many a cookie recipe and this has to be one of the best ones I have tried! Best of luck!

Lots Of Love Emma xoxo
